  • ANNOUNCEMENT: The Mavericks flying field will be closed to all flying between 8/15/2024 - 12/31/2024.
  • Mavericks' flying field has been approved as an FAA-Recognized Identification Area (FRIA). Flying at Mavericks does not require a remote ID module for flying aircraft.

The founding members of the Mavericks' R/C Flying Club created this organization to promote a fun atmosphere for building
and flying of R/C model aircraft through the association with the Academy of Model Aeronautics.
